Resto Hub Lowest Price Guarantee: Terms and conditions apply.
1. Applicable Products: This guarantee applies only to new restaurant equipment. Used or refurbished items are excluded.
2. Eligible Competitors: The lower price must be from a legitimate Canadian retailer or distributor, excluding auction sites, liquidation sales, or private sellers.
3. Price Verification:
The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and current.
The product must be identical in brand, model, and condition.
The price must include all applicable fees, such as shipping and handling.
4. Exclusions:
Prices from wholesale clubs, membership-based pricing, financing offers, bundle deals, or clearance sales do not qualify.
Competitor errors, limited-time promotions, or pricing below cost are not eligible.
5. How to Request a Price Match:
Provide proof of the lower price (e.g., a link or official quote).
Resto Hub must be able to verify the price before approving the match.
6. Modification & Right to Refuse: Resto Hub reserves the right to modify or decline a price match if the request does not meet these terms.
